How do we define INTEGRA MECHANICAL SERVICES LTD ?
INTEGRAL is defined as "essential for completeness, entire, whole, an
entire unit."
When we perform our pro-active maintenance tasks, we consider the "entire unit." We do this for five basic reasons:
1) To reduce the amount of unplanned service calls
2) to ensure that your mechanical equipment is operating at optimal
efficiency
3) reduce utility costs
4) increase the life span of then mechanical equipment and,
5) ensure your comfort and safety.
By doing so we become an INTEGRAL part of, or “essential” for your complete
success.

Our trade specialists, trained in many different configurations and makes of equipment found in all types of facilities, are able to maintain mechanical equipment from basement to roof top. We are able to give you skilled attention to, and maintain, many components of your mechanical system such as: air conditioning, refrigeration systems, boilers, pneumatic controls, automation controls, chillers, fluid pumps, air compressors, water treatment, and air filtration . By understanding how individual systems operate individually and together, we are able to provide you INTEGRATED service by maintaining your whole facility as a sum of its parts or "to make into whole by bringing parts together."
