Integrity - Our vision is Integrity –which Webster's dictionary defines as a: “strict adherence to a standard or value of conduct; personal honesty.”  

Our name is synonymous with Integrity because: 1) We will maintain your mechanical systems with a “strict adherence to standard(s),” that are recognized by the manufacturer, our industry and most importantly, that are acceptable to you. This way we ensure your mechanical system's Integrity. 2) As members of the community we need to maintain a high “standard or value of conduct” including “personal honesty.”   We believe that from each conversation we have to each maintenance task that we perform, our Integrity is on the line. 3) By providing you with our Integrity in maintaining your mechanical systems and in our conduct, we want you to feel that you will want to “personally ” and "honestly” recommend our services to others.

Honor - An organization that believes that satisfaction is satisfactory at best, and that we can do better. Not just to satisfy customers, but to delight them. This can be compared to a student with satisfactory grades and an honor student. Our IQ's process identifies our performance in your facilities.

Many times you have heard the terms, “Satisfaction guaranteed” or “Customer satisfaction” .  Is there any value left in these words – or is the term “satisfaction” worn out?

Remember back to elementary school, if your report card said you were doing satisfactory that meant that your work was good enough to get by, but you were not an honor roll student.
